Green flag again, no Palio on August 17

The green flag was just hoisted in Siena. The Palio has been postponed again following a day of rain. Tomorrow is a new chance.

The previous two times the race had to be postponed to August 18 were in 1907 and 1976. They were won by Lupa and Civetta, respectively.
