Bandiera verde: Palio postponed to tomorrow 3 July

The green flag has just been hung at the Palazzo Pubblico: the Palio of 2 July 2025 has been postponed due to bad weather conditions. At around 2.50 pm it started to rain in the Piazza del Campo. The city council considered it impossible to let the Corteo Storico and Palio go ahead, after consulting the captains and deputati della festa.
